The barmaid at the Blood on the Vine tavern in Barovia. Betsy came to the cursed land seeking fame and fortune, as she "had the map upside down". Philge and Freezo come to the tavern to meet up with Bobby, and after he tells the two of the curse Betsy helps to fill in the details, saying that her brother Johannes was killed by the curse when he tried to leave the kingdom. When the church bell starts ringing and everyone leaves the tavern, Betsy encourages the Dragon Friends to come along to the church where everyone is gathering for protection again the giant wolves that have been sent by Strahd to terrorize the village.
