A Cloaca is a bodily orifice present on birds, reptiles and amphibians which acts as a single orifice combining urinary, digestive, and reproductive functions (and, in some turtles, even breathing).
The Dragon Friends talk about cloacas more than a normal group of people might. The root (of the tendency, not the cloacas) may be in Simon Greiner, who often is the one to bring them up.
