In honor of Crawford the Fire Chief, who is surely, let's be honest, the only actual hero in Daggerford, have a go at this bitter beauty:
The Loose Unit
- 1 oz añejo rum
- 1 oz smoked rhubarb amaro
- 1 oz Aperol
- A few dashes of any smoky, woody, etc, bitters (such as hibiscus-oak )
- Garnish with a sprig of charred rosemary (sizzle it up on the stove or with a lighter)
- If you are fortunate enough to have a pelican from which to enjoy the cocktail, you should probably double the recipe so it doesn't get lost in the bird's cavernous pouch.
